Do you offer refunds?

because each item is made in small batches and carefully quality-checked before it leaves my hands, all sales are final. i hope you understand that as a small business, i'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. that said, if you ever have questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out via ‘Contact’ page or on my socials. i want you to feel supported and heard!

What is the Shipping Policy? (Missing/Lost/Damaged, etc.)

once your order is shipped, it is in the care of the postal carrier. i am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. i know how frustrating shipping issues can be, and i recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a claim if something goes wrong.

When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?

every order is lovingly hand-packaged, quality-checked, and shipped by me, Grace. as a one-person shop, i put care into each detail, so please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. once the order is packed and ready to ship out, you’ll get a confirmation email! delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier you selected at checkout. once your order is out of my hands, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. thank you so much for your patience and understanding :')
